Tyrants CandleFactory (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website tyrantscandlefactory.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information you provide directly:

  • Email address (when you submit the interest form)
  • Name, email address, and a brief message about your trading situation (when you request a discovery call)
  • Program tier selection (Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master)

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address — collected for rate limiting purposes (to prevent spam submissions) and stored alongside your submission. We do not use IP addresses for profiling, advertising targeting, or any purpose beyond spam prevention.
  • Timestamps — the date and time of your submission.

We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, government IDs, or any financial account details through this Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Contact you about the trading mentorship program you expressed interest in
  • Send you a welcome message and follow-up questions to better understand your trading situation
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls at your request
  • Prevent spam and abuse of our contact forms (rate limiting via IP address)
  • Improve our site and communication based on aggregate, non-identifiable patterns

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this Site. Each has its own privacy policy:

  • Vercel — website hosting and serverless infrastructure. Vercel may log basic request data (IP, user agent, URL) for security and performance. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel Postgres— database storage for subscriber and discovery call data, hosted in Vercel's secure infrastructure.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome messages and discovery call confirmations). See Resend's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:

  • Subscriber records are retained for the duration of our business relationship and up to 2 years thereafter.
  • Discovery call requests are retained for up to 2 years.
  • IP addresses used for rate limiting are retained as part of form submission records and are subject to the same retention periods above.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 7).

5. Cookies and Tracking

This Site currently uses only essential, functional cookies required for the Site to operate (such as session management). We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics at this time.

If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent banner will be presented to you before any non-essential cookies are set.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
