Tyrants CandleFactory offers private trading mentorship programs for individuals seeking to develop discipline, mechanical trading strategies, and a repeatable edge in financial markets. Our current offerings include three structured program tiers: Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master.

The Site serves as an informational and lead-generation platform. Program enrollment, scheduling, and payment are handled directly between the mentor and the client; no purchases are made through this website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or enroll in any mentorship program. By submitting a form on this Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Mentorship programs involve financial markets education. Participation does not guarantee any specific trading results. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tyrants CandleFactory and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or any mentorship program.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
